I would definitely recommend you guys to family and friends. My overall experience was amazing. The sales rep was very professional and he listened to what I wanted, Harry was great! The guys that installed the carpets were great they came early and put the rooms back the way they found it. Great company and I would work with you all again the future!

I am very satisfied with my experience using Havertown Carpet Company. I needed a runner for my stairs so I stopped by their showroom to take a look around. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a carpet that was affordable and would hold up over time and they had many options for me. I was having trouble deciding on a color so they offered to have samples made so that I could pick them up the next day and take them home to see which one looked best. Manny and Luis did an amazing job on the installation. I have small children so it was great that they showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. I plan on using them again in the near future and would recommend them to anyone shopping around for carpet.

I was looking for a 10x12 area rug that would feel more like wall-to-wall carpeting. I looked everywhere (online, chain stores) but a carpet store and couldn't find it. My mom reminded me that if I want carpet, I should go to a carpet store! Havertown Carpet was close by so we stopped in and Beckie was so helpful. She explained that I could pick from their large selection and they could have it cut and bound to the size I needed. Very reasonably priced, easier (and more options) than picking one online, quick turnaround and great customer service. We plan to use them again for any other carpeting needs. Highly recommend.

We had originally contracted with another local company, who misled us, so we parted ways. After contacting Havertown Carpet, we received an immediate, reasonable quote. While laying out the job, Pete did a thorough review of our condo (much more thorough than the other company) and made some very valid suggestions. We contracted with them at a reasonable price, and everything flowed right on schedule. We visited our new condo last night after they finished, and were stunned at how good it looks. Several transitions that Pete was a little wary of turned out great; much better than we expected after hearing Pete's analysis., We enthusiastically recommend Havertown Carpet, and--if we ever need any other work done--probably not look any farther than them.

Great service, install crew was wonderful. Harry came out with hundreds of samples, walked my wife through the entire process: different carpet types, price levels, etc. Same with the pad. We will use Havertown Carpet again to replace our 2nd-floor carpets. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality flooring at a fair price.

Havertown Carpet with Pete was a great experience. My wife and I recently purchased a home in Philadelphia and decided to do hardwood floors on the first floor and carpet on the second floor. She couldn't be happier about the result (despite her high standard as an interior designer) and I couldn't be happier about the price. Pete and the crew even came in a Sunday to complete the work as soon as possible! All in all, I've done quite a bit of research and could not find anywhere with a better price, service, and quality. Highly recommend Havertown carpet. The process was painless from start to end, from being able to review carpet samples right in my home with Harry to perfect installation and cleanup by Manny and team. The results are even better than expected. Home improvement projects are usually such a hassle but this wasn't. I'm planning to get some more rooms done in the near future. Thank you!

I had used Havertown Carpet in the past for my carpet needs but recently have used them to install a laminate floor. They did such a great job in the dining room I had them come back and do the living room too. Great product, great service, great price.
