With decades of flooring experience prior to founding Havertown Carpet Co., Shane understands every aspect of the flooring business- from warehouse management to operations and executive leadership. Shane is passionate about building an exceptional customer experience and growing Havertown Carpet Co. into the Mid-Atlantic's premier flooring company. When he's away from work, he enjoys golfing, the beach and the Phillies.

A member of the Havertown Carpet Co. team since its founding, Pete utilizes his extensive background in installation, estimation, and warehouse management to oversee the company's logistics. In his current role, he manages material processing, ensures the accuracy of orders, and facilitates efficient shipping and receiving. Pete is also responsible for coordinating installations and developing streamlined internal procedures. Away from the office, he enjoys playing Aussie Rules Football with the Philadelphia Hawks and spending time in nature. A dedicated snack enthusiast, Pete loves sharing a laugh and a treat with his family.

Brian oversees installation quality and supports Havertown Carpet Co.'s installation teams as a job site supervisor with over 30 years of flooring experience. After spending 25 years as a subcontractor for Carpet One stores, he brings unmatched expertise in carpet, hardwood, vinyl, and laminate installations. Brian enjoys spending time with family, relaxing at the beach, and following Philadelphia sports.

Adam frequently visits job sites to collaborate with commercial and builder teams on their flooring requirements. Having previously worked at Callaghan Carpet and Flooring, he transitioned seamlessly into his role at Havertown Carpet Co. following the 2023 acquisition. Adam's extensive expertise in custom home construction, hard surface materials, and installation management keeps him active in the field throughout the workday. Adam might drive right past you in the bright blue Havertown Carpet Co. truck with the windows down and his hair blowing in the breeze. When he isn't at work, Adam spends time with his family and rooting for all Baltimore sports teams.

Kim leads Havertown Carpet Co.'s customer service team with professionalism, empathy, and a passion for helping customers through every step of their flooring project. Her background in architectural design and construction, along with studies in interior design at Michigan State University, gives her a unique perspective when assisting homeowners. In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her children while cheering on the Spartans and the Phillies.

Beckie has spent the past decade helping customers enjoy a stress-free flooring experience. A lifelong veteran of the flooring industry, Lee owned and operated Fisher's Carpet One in West Chester for many years. He eventually transitioned from business ownership to his current role in customer service to enjoy greater professional flexibility. Known for his welcoming and positive demeanor, Lee excels at building personal connections with his clients and treating them like members of his own family. Outside of his work at Havertown Carpet Co., he is an avid singer who enjoys discovering local breakfast gems and spending time with his wife and family.

Having decades of expertise as an estimator and fabrication specialist, Jerry previously owned and operated Ascot Carpets in Upper Darby. His exceptional craftsmanship and specialized skill in hand-sewing rugs established him as a premier resource for designers. Jerry's career even inspired his son to write the novel Rug Man, which reflects his extensive professional experiences. Today, he continues to bring his mastery to Havertown Carpet Co., where he enjoys taking on new challenges and customization options. In his spare time, Jerry enjoys relaxing with his family at the Jersey Shore.

Mark is part of our custom fabrication team and completes the installation, fabrication, and custom binding orders. His background in carpentry and flooring craftsmanship allows him to deliver quality installations with attention to every detail. Michael became a part of the Havertown Carpet Co. family following the recommendation of his father, Mark, who is also a member of our team. Since joining, he has proven to be an asset, having quickly mastered our product catalog in the showroom. Michael is part of our daily fabrication operations and delivers and installs custom area rugs and stair runners in homes all over the Greater Philadelphia area. Away from the job, he is an involved community member who loves exploring new towns with friends and is eagerly planning his next road trip to West Virginia.

Michael leads Havertown Carpet Co.'s ceramic tile department, combining years of flooring experience with a bachelor's degree from West Chester University. Michael uses his knowledge of tile to help customers create stunning kitchens, bathrooms, backsplashes, and custom tile spaces with confidence. Outside of work, Michael enjoys camping, boating, and fishing.

Kathy brings more than 30 years of flooring industry experience to Havertown Carpet Co., helping customers with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and customer service. Prior to joining the company, she spent 32 years with Fisher's Carpet One. Kathy is also active in her community, serving with the Rocky Run Volunteer Fire Department. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, line dancing, dirt track racing, and spending time with family and friends.

Colleen officially joined the Havertown Carpet Co. team in 2021, having been connected to the business since its founding. Drawing on her background in education, she spearheads the company's marketing, social media presence, and community event sponsorships. When she is not at work, Colleen enjoys spending time with her family, managing her children's busy schedules, and exploring the latest seasonal finds at Trader Joe's.
